Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking an Audio-Visual and ICT support role to manage and operate AV systems for school events and activities. You will maintain inventories, assist with vendor coordination, and provide guidance to ICT leaders.

The role includes training IT Club students, preparing equipment for exams, and assisting in photography and video recording during events. On-site duties span classrooms and specialised rooms, with routine maintenance expected.

Qualifications

• Manage and support Audio Visual equipment during all school events.
• Set up, test and operate, and dismantle sound, lighting, and AV systems for school activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of AV and ICT equipment (e.g. projectors, visualizers, swivels, cables, sound systems).
• Provide consultation and advice to Head of department / ICT on the school’s AV requirements.
• Manage AV equipment in classrooms and specialised rooms, monitor usage, and carry out routine and annual maintenance.
• Support ICT Manager with liaising and coordinating with vendors for servicing, repairs, and maintenance works.
• Support ICT Manager with the loan, replacement, and condemnation of AV and ICT equipment and accessories.
• Carry out any other IT- or AV-related duties as assigned by the HOD-ICT or ICT Manager.
