Job summary

Integrated Vocational Development Centre under the Vocational Training Council is seeking a capable IT/AV support staff to assist with PC hardware and software setup, server maintenance, and AV event support. The role includes helping with procurement, inventory, and developing promotional materials.

Candidates should have a Diploma or higher certificate in a relevant discipline, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and independent working skills.

Qualifications

• A recognised diploma or higher certificate in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years’ relevant work experience.
• Good IT / AV knowledge and skills.
• Strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• To assist in setting up and maintaining PC hardware & software and related equipment.
• To assist in the procurement and inventory control of office equipment.
• To monitor and maintain the server and develop website and system.
• To assist in venue and equipment setting for online meetings, events, webinars and other publicity events.
• To assist in the design and production of promotional materials, including but not limited to backdrop, leaflet, web-banner, email broadcast.
• To assist in video/photo-taking and editing; and
• To assist in compilation and updating of equipment/software’s operational manual and guidelines.
