Job summary

JETCO in Hong Kong seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional Lead to drive end-to-end EC implementations, configuration, and integration with related modules. You will lead workstreams, craft functional designs and project plans, and ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of EC experience, an EC certification, and strong knowledge of core HR processes. Familiarity with cloud platforms, Agile, and English/Cantonese/Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes including Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, MDF objects, and lifecycle events.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification required; additional certifications in related modules preferred.
• Experience with integration to SAP/third-party systems delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management: manage workstreams, design functional docs and project plans.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies in project context.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Deep industry knowledge in retail.

SAP SuccessFactors: Employee Central Functional Lead

• Employee Central Functional Expertise: Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration expertise, with a minimum of 5 years of end-to-end implementation experience from project preparation through go-live, as a Consultant or Functional Lead.

Core HR Process Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of core HR processes including Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, MDF objects, and employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, termination, etc.).

• SAP Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification required; additional certifications in related SuccessFactors modules preferred.

• Integration Acumen: Working knowledge of how Employee Central integrates with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party/SAP systems (e.g., Employee Central Payroll, SAP S/4HANA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Leadership & Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams, develop functional design documents and project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely, on-budget, quality delivery.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandrian

• Deep Industry Knowledge: Foundation-level industry knowledge in retail industry.
