Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Lead to drive S/4HANA implementations and related initiatives in a high-demand environment. You will coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage end-to-end delivery across modules, integrations, and data migration.

The role requires managing scope, budget, risks, and vendors, while guiding internal and external teams through go-live and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience, including SAP S/4HANA project delivery experience.
• Strong expertise in at least one SAP module (FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or SAP BTP).
• Proven experience managing SAP implementations or transformations and external vendors/System Integrators.
• Good understanding of SAP integration, data migration, testing, and SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
