Job summary

CALM BEAUTY L PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced salon operations lead in Hong Kong to oversee daily operations, staff, and service delivery. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and ensure SOP-compliant beauty services across skincare, body treatments, nails, makeup, and wellness offerings.

You will also drive team training, performance goals and customer satisfaction, while maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations: service scheduling, staff attendance, venue hygiene, equipment maintenance and product inventory management.
• Ensure all beauty services (skincare, body treatment, nail care, makeup and other wellness services) are delivered in line with SOPs.
• Monitor service quality, handle on-site operational problems, and adjust workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage beauty product and consumable inventory, conduct regular stock checks, arrange replenishment and avoid overstock/stock shortage.
• Recruit, interview, onboard and manage beauty therapists, nail technicians and front desk staff.
• Organize regular professional skill training, service etiquette training and product knowledge sharing for the team to improve overall service level.
• Supervise staff performance, conduct regular performance appraisals, set sales/service goals, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Resolve internal team conflicts, arrange reasonable shift schedules, and maintain positive team atmosphere.
• Formulate monthly/quarterly sales plans for beauty packages, memberships, skincare products and customized services.
• Track sales data, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Guide the team in upselling/cross-selling while maintaining customer-first service principles.
• Oversee customer service experience, follow up on feedback/reviews/complaints, and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain long-term relationships with regular clients, manage member systems, and launch retention/reactivation activities.
• Standardize customer reception, consultation and after-service follow-up processes to improve loyalty and repeat consumption.
• Strictly implement brand image and service standards, ensure salon decor and professional image.
• Comply with local health and safety regulations, industry norms and company rules; ensure sterile tools and safe use of equipment.
• Manage daily financial settlements, check cash flow and reports, and communicate status to superiors.
