Responsibilities

• Plan and drive the delivery of different projects to support the on-going sales business development and support front line staff.
• Support the implementation and execution of monitoring procedures, checklists and controls to maintain compliance with internal policies, trade rules and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance, risk, and technology teams to resolve day-to-day platform-related issues and support ad-hoc projects.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and records for management review.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Client onboarding & Maintenance: Assist to handle new account opening, gather client documentation, and execute periodic Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews.
• Internal Coordination: Partner with product specialists, compliance, credit, and operations teams to resolve RMs' inquiries and ensure smooth workflow.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all actions follow internal control frameworks and local regulatory requirements.
