Job summary

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services in Hong Kong is seeking an organized Sales Support Administrator to coordinate a variety of administrative tasks and support the Sales team with quotes, proposals, and presentations.

In this role you will assist with customer communications, respond to inquiries, follow up on requests, and provide timely information on services and rates, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and effective sales activities.

Qualifications

• DSE or higher or degree holder are required.
• Experience in business support or customer service, preferably within freight forwarding/shipping/logistics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin language skills being an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing administrative tasks including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
• Assisting with customer communication and relationship management, including responding to inquiries, following up on requests, and providing excellent and timely information regarding services and rates.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Prepare reports for Sales team and management.
• Providing administrative support for the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Analyze and monitor the Company's overall customer and sales structure for customer portfolio and sales management. Leading customer evaluation and implementing customer programs and initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation on all sales initiatives, applications, and systems to achieve company’s objectives.
