Job summary
Polette Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Supervisor to welcome locals and non-locals. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process sales accurately, and lead the team to achieve store targets.
You will train staff, oversee daily operations, merchandising and inventory, and act as the main back-office contact for escalated issues. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for candidates fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

- Experience in fashion or eyewear is a plus.

What you'll be doing
Deliver exceptional customer service, process sales accurately, and collaborate with the team to achieve store targets.
Participate in product training and sales initiatives.
Lead, train, and motivate the team members to meet monthly goals.
Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Foster a positive team culture, act as the main contact for the back office, and handle escalated issues.

Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position within a retail environment is required for a Sales Supervisor.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion or eyewear industry, is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
