Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a senior Partner-level professional to drive asset management growth in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. You will develop HNWIs, family offices, and institutional channels, promoting PE/VC, bond funds, FOFs, and structured notes while steering fundraising targets.

You will lead a sales team, design cross-asset solutions, and collaborate with private banks and family offices to execute joint marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in asset management or related areas, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven performance track record.
• Existing networks with HK HNWIs and family offices preferred.
• HK work visa preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• As a Partner, develop HNWIs, family offices, private banking clients, and institutional channels across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area; promote the firm's asset management products (PE/VC, bond funds, FOFs, structured notes, etc.) and drive fundraising targets.
• Leverage existing networks or rapidly build client pipelines; lead product roadshows, client appreciation events, and joint marketing initiatives with private banks and family offices.
• Spearhead bespoke cross-asset allocation solutions (equities, fixed income, alternatives, insurance, trusts) tailored to clients' risk profiles and financial objectives.
• Build and manage a sales team — oversee recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
• Participate in designing the firm's channel profit-sharing mechanism; top performers will gain a seat at the business decision-making table.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, private banking, Hong Kong insurance, or family office sales, with at least 2 years in a team-leading or partner-level capacity.
• Track record of verifiable performance.
• Existing networks with HNWIs, family offices, immigration/education consultancies, and chambers of commerce in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China is highly preferred.
• Valid Hong Kong work visa is preferred.
