Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a senior Partner-level professional to drive asset management growth in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. You will develop HNWIs, family offices, and institutional channels, promoting PE/VC, bond funds, FOFs, and structured notes while steering fundraising targets.

You will lead a sales team, design cross-asset solutions, and collaborate with private banks and family offices to execute joint marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in asset management or related areas, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven performance track record.
• Existing networks with HK HNWIs and family offices preferred.
• HK work visa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop HNWIs, family offices, and institutional channels across HK and GBA; promote asset management products.
• Leverage networks or build client pipelines; lead roadshows and joint marketing with banks.
• Create cross-asset allocation solutions tailored to risk and objectives.
• Build and manage a sales team: recruitment, training, performance.
• Participate in channel profit-sharing design; top performers gain decision-making seats.
