Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or sales or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as SPIN and Solution Selling are desirable.
• Moderate level of experience with Salesforce.
• Moderate level of sales operations and enablement experience in a B2B environment.
• Moderate level of experience building sales metrics and models (pipeline and forecast).

Responsibilities

• Contributes to gathering data and analyzing company sales and profitability.
• Supports development of methods for measuring sales performance.
• Assists in examining sales processes to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Supports sharing reports between sales, marketing and other departments.
