Job summary

CICC in Hong Kong seeks a senior asset management sales professional to drive distribution through banks, securities firms and wealth platforms. You will lead channel strategy, oversee onboarding, and promote products aligned with annual targets, while coordinating with investment teams for roadshows and education.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with Cantonese as a working language. A minimum of five years in asset management sales and at least three years in channel/distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, finance/economics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years asset management sales experience.
• At least 3 years in channel/distribution sales.
• Familiar with onboarding and compliance review for HK financial institutions.
• Able to develop channels independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute the firm's channel distribution strategy and drive the distribution of public and private fund products across channels including retail banks, private banks, securities firms, and independent wealth management platforms.
• Independently develop new distribution channels and manage the end-to-end process of product onboarding — platform access, due diligence, listing approval, and operational integration.
• Promote key products to channels in line with the firm's annual business targets, and continuously grow the AUM held through each channel.
• Work closely with the firm's investment and research teams to organize channel roadshows, investor education sessions and market outlook briefings on regular basis.
• Monitor peer activity, competitor product performance, and regulatory developments across the Hong Kong, Macao, and cross-border retail markets.

• Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values;
• Bachelor's degree or above; major in finance, economics or a related field is preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management sales, including at least 3 years in channel/distribution sales;
• Proven ability to develop channels independently and familiarity with the product onboarding and compliance review processes of Hong Kong financial institutions;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to use Cantonese as a working language.
