Key responsibilities
Greet boutique guests, understand their preferences, and present luxury timepieces in a professional manner
Assist in managing customer records, follow up with potential buyers, and help maintain VIP client relationships
Ensure daily boutique operations run smoothly, including stock handling, merchandising display, and product security
Actively study vintage watch history, model references, and market trends provided in company training
About you
1-2 years of solid experience in retail, luxury hospitality, airlines (cabin crew), or premium customer service
Good interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, and quick to learn new technical knowledge
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to handle international collectors
Enthusiastic about luxury lifestyle, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and a strong team player
