Job summary

Hermès Asia Pacific Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated retail sales associate to deliver Hermès service standards, identify customer needs, and drive in-store sales.

You will build lasting relationships, welcome walk-in clients, support inventory and special projects, and participate in a collaborative team while upholding brand image.

Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred; a minimum of two years in retail or hospitality is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail, Customer Services, or Hospitality field
• Strong motivation to represent Hermès and deliver excellent customer service
• Team player with strong communication and teamwork
• Energetic, positive attitude and professional appearance
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Handle all sales activities in store in line with Hermès standards
• Identify customers’ needs, build relationships, and deliver post-sales services
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high service quality
• Maintain product knowledge and comply with operational procedures
• Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer experience
• Greet walk-in customers and manage KPI customer targets
• Assist with inventory and special projects

What you’ll be doing?

Responsible for all sales activities in store within Hermès standards of image and services worldwide

Identify customers’ needs, develop client relationships, sales, and deliver post-sales services

Achieve sales target and maintain high level of customer service, productknowledge and operational procedures

Build and maintain long-term relationship with customers by providing excellent customer experience

Proactively receive and recruit walk-in customer, maintain KPI customers

Assist with inventory and special projects

Be part of a collaborative and inclusive team

Assist in any duties assigned by superior
