Job summary

Hermès in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced retail professional to lead store operations and sales in line with Hermès global standards. You will identify client needs, build relationships, and deliver post‑sales services while driving sales targets.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. You will manage inventory, KPI performance, and participate in special projects within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or in similar capacity.
• Strong motivation in becoming a Hermès Ambassador and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong commitment towards teamwork.
• Energetic, passionate and positive working attitude.
• Excellent in presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
