Job summary

Authentic HR Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible Sales Merchandiser/Field Sales Executive to cover supermarkets islandwide in Hong Kong. The role involves hands-on merchandising and frequent travel to various outlets.

You will visit outlets, monitor stock, rotate shelves, and assist in promotional activities. Strong English and Mandarin, plus a valid driving license (2A/2B) and willingness to travel, are required. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 2A/2B driving license required.
• Sales/merchandising or FMCG/retail experience preferred.
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin/Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned supermarkets and outlets islandwide according to a planned route.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish products as required.
• Arrange and rotate product shelves for visibility and merchandising.
• Check stock movement and identify out-of-stock items; suggest replenishment orders.
• Monitor sales performance and provide outlet feedback to the Sales/Operations Manager.
• Assist with stocktaking and basic sales reporting.
• Collect payments where required and document properly.
• Support promotional activities, including booths, displays, and new outlets.
• Assist in implementing promotion mechanics and displays.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on outlet activities.

Work Week: 5 days

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm

Monthly Basic Salary: S$2,000 plus commission

Monthly Transportation Allowance: S$450

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Sales Merchandiser/Field Sales Executive who can travel independently to supermarkets and general trade outlets islandwide.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned supermarkets and general trade outlets according to a planned route and schedule.

• Monitor stock levels and replenish products as required.

• Arrange, rotate, and maintain product shelves to ensure good visibility and proper merchandising.

• Check stock movement, identify out-of-stock items, and recommend replenishment orders.

• Monitor sales performance and provide outlet feedback to the Sales/Operations Manager.

• Assist with stocktaking and basic sales reporting.

• Collect payments where required and ensure proper documentation.

• Support promotional activities, including setting up booths, displays, and new outlet openings.

• Assist in implementing promotion mechanics and maintaining promotional displays.

• Work closely with the Operations Manager on outlet activities and operational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Must possess 2A/2B driving license and willing to carry out the duties with his/her motorcycle.

• Sales, merchandising or FMCG/retail experience preferred.

• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin/Chinese as you will communicate with multicultural associates, customers, and purchasers.

• Good with numbers and able to handle basic calculations accurately.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Independent, responsible, hardworking and comfortable with extensive travel.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on attitude and able to work well both independently and with the team.
