Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Group is seeking motivated sales professionals in Hong Kong to deliver exceptional customer service in our luxury retail outlets. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships across English, Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking customers.

The ideal candidate is presentable, outgoing and customer-focused, with sales experience in jewellery or luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above.
• Sales experience preferably in retail/jewellery/luxury brands.
• Presentable, pleasant and outgoing.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Less experience will be considered as Junior Sales.
• People-oriented working culture, reputable brand.
