Job summary

SHOPLINE is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations professional to lead data-driven commission work, manage revenues, and maintain CRM hygiene in Hong Kong. You will back cross-functional teams with robust analytics, dashboards, and SOPs while collaborating with leadership to optimize budgets and incentives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SaaS sales operations, strong Salesforce experience, and a proactive mindset towards AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with analytic background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years independent experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a SaaS context.
• Strong CRM administration and data visualization/data analysis proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data for commission settlements, performance tracking, and partner evaluation.
• Support budget management, resource allocation, and ROIs.
• Maintain and optimize business dashboards and SOPs for the sales process.
• Administer Salesforce operations, ensure data hygiene, and manage lead lifecycle.
