Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working experience in retail & office leasing and strategy gained in sizable/reputable organizations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Prior internship or work experience in a related field will be advantageous.
• High proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
