Job summary

BII Transit Systems (HK) Company Limited is seeking a Risk Officer/Business Analyst/Project Officer to support the migration of a retail credit decision engine across Credit Cards and Unsecured Personal Loans. The role combines business analysis, project management, and credit risk expertise.

You will gather requirements, translate credit policies into executable rules, support data migration, design UAT, and coordinate with IT, Risk, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant Banking/Fintech experience.
• Understanding of retail lending products and credit policy basics.
• Familiarity with system migration life cycles and UAT execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, preparing, and documenting User Requirements and Functional Specifications for the new Decision Engine.
• Convert business credit policies and scoring logic into executable technical statements for IT implementation.
• Support migration of existing credit decisioning rules and customer data to the new platform.
• Design UAT test cases, execute tests, log defects, and liaise with the vendor to resolve issues.
• Monitor vendor timelines and act as a liaison between IT, Business, Operations, and Credit Risk stakeholders.
