Responsibilities

• Support the credit leadership team in reviewing credit workflows and procedures.
• Conduct interviews with credit teams to map out workflows.
• Identify process gaps and compliance risks; provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate business demands into functional specifications for the new system.
• Compile project handover documentation prior to contract expiry.
