Job summary

Lubuds is a Hong Kong-based restaurant group seeking a seasoned manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain high standards of service and hygiene. The role emphasizes staff development, training, and team leadership in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in F&B with at least 2 years in a managerial role; Japanese restaurant experience and knowledge of sake are advantageous. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Form 5 standard, preferably with Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in the F&B industry with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in Japanese Restaurant operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor restaurant performance to maximize sales, productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service.
• Assure company standards on product quality, service level, hygiene and safety; organize and provide staff training.
• Maintain and continuously improve beverage and food sales.
• Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Lead training and proper administration for the whole team to meet performance standards.
• Ensure restaurant standards are consistently implemented.
