Job summary

Miramar Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced F&B leader to support the Restaurant General Manager and oversee daily operations. You will manage budgets, forecasted performance, and cost controls while ensuring top-tier service and profitability.

The role requires hands-on F&B leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to mentor a dynamic team to achieve premium dining standards. A diploma in Hotel/Catering Management is advantageous.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience in F&B operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Diploma in Hotel/Catering Management or related disciplines is an advantage.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mentality, self-confidence, and an energetic work approach.
• Proficiency in spoken English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is desirable.

Handle and complete the routine and ad hoc tasks which aligns to the group policy and the management decision 處理並完成符合集團政策及管理層決策的工作與相關事項。

A minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience in F&B operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role 具備最少8年餐飲（F&B）營運實務經驗，其中最少4年為管理職經驗。

Diploma in Hotel/Catering Management or related disciplines is an advantage 持有酒店／餐飲管理文憑或相關學科資格為佳。

Exhibit excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mentality, self-confidence, and an energetic work approach 具備出色溝通能力、以客為先的服務理念、自信心及充滿幹勁的工作態度。

Demonstrate maturity, diligence, and the ability to thrive under pressure, while also showcasing a proactive, positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong team leadership skills 成熟穩重、勤奮盡責，能在壓力下工作；同時具備主動正面態度、自我驅動能力及良好的團隊領導才能。

Proficiency in spoken English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is desirable 必須具備良好的英語會話能力；懂其他語言者更佳。

Candidate with less experience will be considered to Assistant Manager 經驗較少者可考慮聘任為助理經理。
