Job summary

Kai Shing Management Services Ltd is seeking a Technical Services Officer for residential properties in Ho Man Tin. You will monitor in-house and outsourced maintenance, manage documentation, and ensure safety standards across site operations.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of related experience, a Building-related degree, and strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese. The role includes site meetings with residents and contractors and may involve emergency response duties.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience in Property & Facility Management or Engineering
• Bachelor-level degree or higher in Building related field
• Proficient in English and Chinese, good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair works in residential properties (in-house and outsourced)
• Record maintenance programs and prepare monthly reports, tender documents and contract administration
• Enforce safety for works carried out by direct labour and contractors
• Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and Owners’ Committees to address technical enquiries
• Perform ad hoc duties and participate in emergency call-out duties
