Job summary

Mass Transit Railway is seeking a Maintenance Officer-Property (Residential) to oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair works across residential properties under the Corporation. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and ensure building fabrics and services are well maintained.

The role requires a Diploma or certificate in engineering, at least 3 years in relevant property environments, and solid experience with electrical and air-conditioning systems, with contractor management and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in an engineering discipline, preferably Building Services.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in residential/commercial properties.
• Experience with electrical and air-conditioning systems and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tradesmen for daily maintenance and repair of building fabrics and services in residential properties.
• Coordinate with units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure safety compliance.
• Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and Owners’ Committee to address technical enquiries and issues.
