Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 invites applications for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of tradesmen in day-to-day maintenance and repair of building fabrics and building services across the residential properties managed by the Corporation.

You will coordinate work schedules with respective units, ensure compliance with corporate safety requirements, and attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and the Owners’ Committee to address technical enquiries and issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in a related engineering discipline, preferably Building Services.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in residential/commercial properties.
• Solid experience in electrical and air-conditioning systems, building services systems and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi-disciplinary Tradesmen for in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works of building fabrics and building services systems in the residential properties managed by the Corporation.
• Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements.
• Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and the Owners’ Committee meetings to address technical enquiries and issues.
