Zusammenfassung

Mass Transit Railway is seeking a Maintenance Officer-Property (Residential) to lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for in-house and outsourced maintenance of residential properties managed by the Corporation.

You will coordinate work schedules, ensure safety compliance, attend residents and Owners’ Committee meetings to address technical enquiries, and manage electrical and air‑conditioning systems.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma / Certificate in a related engineering discipline, preferably in Building Services.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in residential / commercial properties.
• Solid experience in electrical and air-conditioning systems, building services systems and contractor management.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of multi-disciplinary Tradesmen for in-house and outsourced maintenance and repair works of building fabrics and building services in residential properties.
• Coordinate with units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure safety compliance.
• Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and Owners’ Committee meetings to address technical enquiries and issues.
