Mass Transit Railway is seeking a Senior Property Officer (Residential) to assist in overseeing a residential property. You will supervise staff and contractors and enforce covenants and house rules, while handling resident enquiries and committee meetings.

The role requires a degree or a higher diploma with relevant experience, plus a Tier 2 Property Management Licence. Proficiency in English and Chinese and software use are also important.

Qualificações

• Degree in a related discipline or recognised professional qualification with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
• Or Higher Diploma with at least 5 years' relevant experience, 2 years supervisory.
• Possession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence.
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with residents and committees.
• Proficient English and Chinese; hands-on experience in software.
• Experience in managing high-end residential complexes is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in overseeing one of the residential properties managed by the Corporation.
• Monitor, supervise and motivate property management staff and service contractors, including security guards, clubhouse staff and cleaners, and enforce the House Rules and the Deeds of Mutual Covenant.
• Handle enquiries and complaints from residents, prepare annual budgets, organise and attend meetings of the Owners' Committees.
