Job summary

Lotus Asset Management Limited is seeking a capable equity research professional to conduct fundamental analysis across Hong Kong, U.S. and China A-share markets. You will build financial models, develop investment theses and prepare reports for internal discussions.

The role emphasizes strong modelling capabilities, quantitative backgrounds, and fluency in English and Chinese, with work authorization to be already held in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in equity research, asset management, investment analysis or related fields is preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities, with a solid understanding of equity markets.
• Candidates with quantitative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Python, financial data analysis and AI tools advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Work Authorization: legal right to work in Hong Kong; visa sponsorship not provided.
