First Circle is building an automated, end-to-end international SME financial services platform. You will own the entire sales platform, from UI to integrations, and drive cross-country scaling with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will work closely with engineering to write precise specs, and will optimize sales funnels, routing, and rep productivity while maintaining strict data quality and governance across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or systems roles owning sales systems or B2B workflows.
• Proven track record of automating manual processes.
• Multi-country rollout and APAC experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the entire sales platform across products, divisions and countries.
• Design accounts, contacts, opportunities and product sales funnels.
• Automate sales admin and configure routing/ownership rules.
• Work with engineering to spec and deliver features to production.
• Scale internationally with cross-border considerations and localised data needs.
