Job summary

First Circle is seeking an enthusiastic software engineer to join our fast-growing neobank engineering team. You will contribute to core platform features, focusing on data-driven products for SMEs in the Philippines and globally, using Kotlin and a modern stack.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years experience of software development
• Great if you have worked on products that are data-heavy, B2B, or fintech
• Experience with Kotlin. Other languages in our tech stack are a bonus: ruby on rails, react, NextJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Azure, Sentry and Datadog)
• The ability and desire to consistently produce excellent work, individually and as part of a team. Our mission is what attracts people, but working on highly stimulating problems is what keeps us hooked
