Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising.
• Internship or coursework in digital marketing or advertising is a plus.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work in a team.
• Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Paid Ads Team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and daily performance tracking.
• Help gather and organize campaign data for reporting and analysis.
• Learn and apply best practices for paid social advertising under mentorship.
• Support documentation of workflows, processes, and campaign learnings.
• Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build paid ads knowledge.
• Assist with ad copy and creative testing initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the paid ads team as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and team efficiency.
