Binance is offering a paid internship in Hong Kong to support the Regional Paid Ads Team with social campaigns on TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit. You will help with setup, monitoring, data collection, reporting, and learning under mentorship.

This role focuses on developing campaign skills in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed degrees in Marketing or related fields, with a strong interest in digital advertising and solid analytical skills.

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising.
• Internship or coursework in digital marketing or advertising is a plus.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work in a team.
• Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Regional Paid Ads Team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and daily performance tracking.
• Help gather and organize campaign data for reporting and analysis.
• Learn and apply best practices for paid social advertising under mentorship.
• Support documentation of workflows, processes, and campaign learnings.
• Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build paid ads knowledge.
• Assist with ad copy and creative testing initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the paid ads team as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
