Job summary

Binance is seeking a student to join the User Growth team in a remote-capable internship focused on lifecycle operations and AI-driven personalized recommendations. You will coordinate across Operations, Product, UI/UX, Algorithm, Data, Legal, and regional teams to execute recommendations, set up vouchers and tasks, and improve the new-user and active-user journeys to boost engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Communications or related fields preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; baseline data analysis familiarity with SQL or data viz tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, UI/UX, Algorithm, Data, Legal, regional teams) on user journey optimization and track requirements and progress.
• Create, configure, check, and monitor vouchers and tasks to ensure smooth operations and accurate configurations.
• Assist in building recommendation materials (education content, trending news, campaign guidance) and track performance metrics to propose improvements.
• Walk through core user journeys, study competitors, identify friction points, and propose practical improvements.
• Work with regional teams to understand local user preferences and support localized content and strategy.
