Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program invites students and recent graduates to work directly on AI systems powering Binance AI products and agentic trading features. You will deliver, run experiments, and ship code that matters, collaborating with the full-time algorithm team on real production challenges.

You own deliverables, build components of AI systems, and work with engineers to ship features that reach users. This internship is hands-on and expected to contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/DS/Math or related field.
• Strong Python and AI-native development practices.
• Understanding of LLMs: attention, prompting, reasoning vs generation.
• Ability to work independently on defined tasks.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and development of LLM-powered pipelines for agentic trading.
• Build and evaluate prompt engineering strategies and retrieval architectures for crypto-native data sources.
• Design and run model evaluation experiments with clear quality metrics.
• Analyze agent performance in live trading scenarios including latency and robustness.
• Apply AI-native development practices using agentic coding tools in the engineering workflow.
