Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to support growth campaigns and communications for Simple Earn, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams.

You will monitor product performance, analyze data, prepare reports, engage with token partners, and assist with onboarding VIP and institutional clients, gaining exposure to Earn products in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/marketing/economics or related field.
• Basic understanding of crypto Earn, TradFi, DeFi ecosystems, and Lending/Borrowing mechanisms.
• Internship or project experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development (crypto/fintech) preferred.
• Strong analytical and user insight skills with a good business sense.
• Good communication and collaboration with internal teams and external token partners.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented with a KPI-driven mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners; fluency in English also required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially in Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
• Assist in executing growth campaigns and communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Simple Earn, working with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams.
• Monitor daily Simple Earn product performance, flag issues, and support troubleshooting with stakeholders.
• Track campaign and growth initiative performance through data analysis, user insights, and feedback; prepare reports and share market/competitor insights on Earn and DeFi products.
• Support research and outreach to token partners, exploring new collaboration opportunities.
• Assist with managing VIP and institutional clients, including preparing materials and onboarding to Earn products.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and learn the full Earn product and operations workflow.
