Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to build core AI products for our trading platform, focusing on large model applications and generative recommendation systems. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to iteration, working with ML engineers, data teams, and cross-functional partners to drive user engagement and trading conversion.

You should bring 5+ years in internet product management (3+ in recommendations), strong SQL/data skills, and a builder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internet product management, including 3+ years in recommendation/growth strategy with measurable impact.
• Solid understanding of recommender systems and trade-offs with ML engineers.
• Strong data skills including SQL, event tracking, and rigorous A/B testing.
• Builder mindset with ability to prototype and evaluate data.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own personalized presentation strategies for For You recommendations and roadmap with ML engineers.
• Define user features, pipelines, feature coverage, freshness, and model contribution.
• Plan, design and deliver AI agents and prompts; integrate data sources and knowledge bases.
• Build evaluation loops for business metrics, model metrics, and user feedback with guardrails.
• Lead north-star metrics, tracking design, and attribution; drive data-driven iterations.
• Collaborate with ML, data, engineering, design, risk, compliance, ops and business lines to scale products.
