Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; law degree (LLB/JD) strongly preferred.
• Candidates without a law degree but with substantial law firm or in-house paralegal experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to independently develop and implement legal processes, policies, and playbooks.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and cross-border commercial agreements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOAs, DPAs, marketing services agreements, and amendments.
• Negotiate and execute contracts with business stakeholders and vendors for OKX's growth.
• Apply and design SOPs to support commercial objectives while following regulations and managing risk.
• Maintain organised records of contracts and documents across group entities and jurisdictions.
• Collaborate to design and implement legal processes, training, and guidelines to drive efficiency and scale.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
