Job summary

RemoteJobsOne is seeking a HubSpot Specialist for a fully remote contractor role, open to candidates based in Hong Kong. You’ll apply hands-on HubSpot experience to complete CRM and sales workflows and document interactions to support AI system development.

Responsibilities include finishing assigned workflows, navigating contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, and reporting, and recording your screen to demonstrate steps. Strong data annotation and CRM management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with data annotation, labeling, RLHF or AI evaluation.
• Must have current access to HubSpot and ability to use independently.
• Comfortable recording screen while completing workflows.
• Experience in sales operations, CRM management, lead management, pipelines, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with HubSpot reporting and CRM data management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain workflows clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned HubSpot workflows using practical CRM experience.
• Navigate contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, and reports.
• Create, update and manage CRM records for sales workflows.
• Record screen while completing workflows and document steps.
• Review outputs for accuracy against project guidelines.
• Follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment.
