Job summary

Binance is seeking a backend engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and platform infrastructure in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

You will build backend services integrated with AI Agent systems, monitor data quality, and collaborate with AI, product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.

The role requires 3–6 years in backend development with Golang, plus experience with data platforms, microservices, databases, and messaging queues.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of backend development experience with Golang as core tech stack.
• Proven experience building data pipelines, data platforms, or large-scale data processing backends.
• Experience with AI monitoring, observability tools, or Agent engineering; integration of AI/LLM workflows into production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platform infrastructure for data ingestion, processing, and distribution.
• Develop backend services integrated with AI Agent systems, including workflows, monitoring, and observability.
• Build monitoring and alerting to ensure data quality, pipeline stability, and AI system health.
• Collaborate with AI, product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to align data infrastructure with platform requirements.
• Support and maintain existing services (including B9) to ensure stability during transitions.
