Job summary

Binance is seeking a backend engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and platform infrastructure in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

You will build backend services integrated with AI Agent systems, monitor data quality, and collaborate with AI, product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.

The role requires 3–6 years in backend development with Golang, plus experience with data platforms, microservices, databases, and messaging queues.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of backend development experience with Golang as core tech stack.
• Proven experience building data pipelines, data platforms, or large-scale data processing backends.
• Experience with AI monitoring, observability tools, or Agent engineering; integration of AI/LLM workflows into production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platform infrastructure to support data ingestion, processing, and distribution
• Develop backend services integrated with AI Agent systems, including building and maintaining Agent workflows, monitoring pipelines, and observability tools
• Build monitoring and alerting capabilities to ensure data quality, pipeline stability, and AI system health
• Collaborate with AI, product, and cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to align data infrastructure with AI Agent and platform requirements
• Support and maintain existing services (including B9), ensuring stability during and beyond team personnel transitions

Requirements

• 3–6 years of backend development experience, with Golang as the core tech stack and recent hands‑on production experience
• Proven experience building data pipelines, data platforms, or large-scale data processing backend systems
• Experience with AI monitoring, observability tools, or Agent engineering; ability to integrate AI/LLM workflows into production backend systems
• Solid foundation in distributed systems, microservice architecture, relational/NoSQL databases, and message queues (e.g., Kafka)
• Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks, LLM integration, or related AI toolchain development is a plus
• Strong communication skills; able to thrive in a fast‑paced, product-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
