Job summary

Binance is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join as a seed across product teams, helping to establish an autonomous, AI-augmented development model across frontend and backend.

You will work under the guidance of senior engineers, learn to integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot and Claude Code, and translate product requirements into working implementations to reduce handoff friction while growing into an autonomous full stack developer.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers
• Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into your daily development workflow
• Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend
• Act as a full stack seed learner within the team 918 absorb full stack practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer
• Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows
• Contribute to the product lifecycle 4c8 4c8 from design to deployment and iteration
