Job summary

Napster Corp is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to build demos, enablement tools, and practical AI programs that empower our commercial teams and partners. You will prototype with AI tech, integrate Napster solutions, and scale experiences across events and global hubs.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt to varying technical levels, and deliver reusable components and reference deployments while ensuring responsible AI usage and strong engineering judgment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience building with AI and AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and real-time modalities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable demos and use cases.
• Create evaluation environments and hands-on build experiences.
• Engineer agent-led enablement tools.
• Develop and deliver practical AI-building programs.
• Adapt experiences for different technical levels.

• Enable Napster Innovation Hub experiences.
• Support selected partner prototypes and reference deployments.
