Job summary

Napster Corp is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with strategic customers, turning embodied AI from demo to production reality. You will design, build, and ship AI agents and experiences that solve real business problems across enterprise systems.

You will work with Solution Engineering, Enablement, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-quality, reliable AI solutions, including on-site installations and executive-level engagements, while maintaining Napster's responsible AI

Qualifications

5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) on production codebases.
Production experience building with LLMs, including prompts, tool use, memory design and evals.
Experience building MCP servers, agent skills, or extensibility layers.

Responsibilities

Build production-grade AI agents and digital twins within customer systems.
Ship MCP servers, agent skills, sub-agents, tool integrations, and memory layers.
Prototype rapidly with customers using Claude Code, Cursor and Codex in the field.
Design multi-agent architectures and orchestration patterns for use cases.
Translate customer needs into technical plans and success criteria with Solution Engineering.
Provide white-glove deployment support across web, mobile, and on-site environments.
Design evaluation pipelines for agent behavior, tool use, and safety guardrails.
Codify deployment patterns into reusable assets and share insights with Product/Engineering.
