Job summary

Reap seeks a Data Governance Manager to define and enforce data segregation policies across systems handling client data. You will maintain a live register of Payward‑affiliated identities, run monthly access certifications, and produce an audit trail for compliance.

You will work with the CISO to close a critical compliance gap, configure SIEM rules with Security Engineers, and ensure GDPR data handling standards in a global, multi‑rail payments environment.

Qualifications

• Has run user access review and certification processes and manages monthly cycles with established escalation paths.
• Experience with IAM platforms (Okta preferred) and building/auditing access policies.
• Proficient in SQL or equivalent for querying logs, building reports, and spotting data anomalies.
• Knowledge of GDPR Article 28 and data breach notification implications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a live register of all Payward-affiliated personnel and map access rights across systems touching client data.
• Run monthly access certification reviews; document findings with full audit trail and exceptions.
• Build and maintain client data access audit logs and produce monthly reports for Data Governance Manager and CISO.
• Collaborate with the Detection/SecOps Security Engineer to configure SIEM alert rules for Payward-affiliated identity access attempts.
• Manage the DSAR process for data subject requests, aligning with the external DPO.
• Keep data classification labels current across all data-holding systems (DBs, dashboards, warehouses, storage, analytics).
• Update GDPR Article 30 ROPA entries for client data flows when new products/geographies/partners are added.
