Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a senior Data Governance leader to define and drive governance across the organization in Hong Kong. You will establish frameworks for data quality, ownership, access and lifecycle management, ensuring data is treated as a trusted enterprise asset and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management or related disciplines.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide governance frameworks and data control programs.
• Bachelor’s degree; certifications such as CDMP, DCAM, DAMA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and enhance data governance policies, standards, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks
• Manage core governance processes, including metadata, data dictionary, data lineage, access controls, and lead Data Stewardship forums and working groups
• Monitor data quality, governance issues, audit findings, risk assessments, and implement improvements to strengthen governance controls
• Drive governance awareness, maintain documentation, and act as the liaison between business and technology teams to ensure governance alignment
