Job summary

CapeShore is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager for Asia (Mandarin speaking) to bring Asia-based brands into CapeShore's U.S. sales channels. You will own the commercial relationship, from prospecting to contract and live transactions, with travel across Asia as required.

You will build an active pipeline, manage outbound outreach, and coordinate with underwriting and operations to ensure successful launches and volume growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, business development or commercial experience in ecommerce, cross-border trade, DTC or related B2B services.
• Fluent Mandarin and English is required; Cantonese a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of Asia-based ecommerce brands for U.S. channels.
• Prospect, pitch and close new business with owners, founders, and commercial decision-makers across Greater China and Asia.
• Explain the CapeShore DTC/MOR model accurately and structure commercial opportunities that fit terms.
• Coordinate underwriting, onboarding and launch with internal teams and partners.
