Job summary

Tier-1 International Wealth Management Bank in Hong Kong seeks a high-caliber professional to support Premier/Priority Banking operations, working with Senior Branch Managers and RMs to oversee controls and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service to affluent clients.

Responsibilities include end-to-end client service, onboarding/document management for RMs, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail banking operations, client service, or sales support.
• HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3 certifications required.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC policies and HKMA standards.
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end service support for high-net-worth clients and streamline onboarding for RMs.
• Screen customer profiles and assist in cross-selling and lead-generation opportunities.
• Monitor daily branch operations and ensure audit readiness.
• Enforce AML/KYC and internal control compliance.
