Job summary

Solomon JFZ (Asia) Holding Limited seeks an experienced Responsible Officer to oversee HK Takeovers Code transactions. The role involves liaising with external professionals and communicating with the SFC and HKSE to execute projects in full regulatory compliance.

The candidate should hold a Type-6 RO license, with strong knowledge of Hong Kong capital markets, SFO regulations, and excellent English and Chinese communication skills, including Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Laws or related disciplines.
• Holder of Type-6 Responsible Officer license (unconditional for Takeovers Code transactions).
• Good command of Hong Kong capital market, laws and regulations.
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations, guidelines and experience communicating with SFC and HKSE.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin also).

Responsibilities

• Hold Responsible Officer license (unconditional for Hong Kong Takeovers Code transactions).
• Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with authorities (SFC, HKSE) in connection with project execution.
• Ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements, applicable laws and risk management requirements.
• Liaise with SFC when necessary.
