Job summary

ARTA TechFin Corporation Limited is seeking a Responsible Officer to oversee regulatory compliance in Hong Kong. You will liaise with the SFC and HKSE, ensure operations meet all applicable laws, and manage risk with external professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and a Type-6 RO license, strong knowledge of Hong Kong capital markets, and fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin). Prior experience with Takeovers Code transactions is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Laws or related disciplines.
• Holder of Type-6 Responsible Officer license.
• Good command of Hong Kong capital market laws and regulations.
• Experience communicating with SFO and HKSE; regulatory liaison skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin fluency).

Job description

Holder of Responsible Officer license (unconditional for Hong Kong Takeovers Code transactions)

Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong ("SFC") and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ("HKSE") in connection with respective execution of projects

Ensure operations comply with all existing relevant regulatory requirements and applicable laws as well as risk management requirements and liaise with SFC when necessary

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in Finance、Accounting、Laws or related disciplines, oversees education is preferrable

Holder of Type-6 Responsible Officer license (unconditional for Takeovers Code transactions)

Good command of Hong Kong capital market, laws and regulations.

Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations, guidelines and experienced with verbal and written communication with SFO and HKSE;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin speaking and Chinese writing)
